Tip 1 – Healthy diet
3 words; Simple, Natural and Variety. Eliminate junk foods and highly processed foods from your diet, they are full of chemicals and slow you down for very little nutritional value. Eat unprocessed, organic foods to get maximum nutritional value. Tip 2 - Hydrate from the Inside
Water helps to cleanse your system from the inside out as well as flushing the toxins from your system.. Daily recommended intake varies with Weight: 50kg 1.2lit, 65kg 1.42lit, 110kg 2lit.as a guide. Phil recommends you use Organic water free of chemicals. Also it is important to INCREASE your water intake while on Detox.

Tip 4: Don’t Burn the Candle
At Well Natural we love to burn the candle, it is the reason for our very existence but during Detox you have to slow down, stop drinking alcohol and get plenty of rest to give your body a chance to eliminate those toxins. Phil recommends at least 8 hours sleep a night and to lay off the booze for at least 5 days to get maximum benefits
Tip 5: Light Excercise
30mins a few times a week during Detox should do the trick, light and easy is the key: For added benefits try increasing your heart rate to get up to a sweat 2 – 3 times during each session this will help to maximize the elimination of toxins through the skin: your bodies largest elimination organ.
